1. Services

Solutionever provides website design, ecommerce development, digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, branding, and related services. The scope of services will be clearly defined in the proposal, agreement, or invoice shared with the client.

2. Payments

• All payments must be made as per the agreed plan (one-time, monthly, or subscription).
• Work will begin only after the agreed advance payment is received.
• Monthly plans (Growth & Enterprise) must be prepaid at the start of each billing cycle.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering quality services. However, due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Starter Plan (One-Time):

• Refunds are not applicable once the project has started.
• If the client cancels before work begins, a 50% refund of the advance may be issued.

Growth & Enterprise Plans (Ongoing):

• These are subscription-based services and are non-refundable once the monthly/6-month/12-month cycle has started.
• If a client cancels before the next billing cycle, no further charges will apply.

Custom Projects:

• Refund terms will be agreed upon separately in the contract.

Note: All refunds, if approved, will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate business details, content, and approvals on time.
• Any delays in providing information may extend the project timeline.
• Clients are responsible for complying with ad platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

• Solutionever will not be liable for third-party service issues (hosting downtime, payment gateway failures, ad account suspensions, etc.).
• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., fixed sales numbers), as outcomes depend on multiple market factors.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website designs, graphics, and content created by Solutionever will be handed over to the client after full payment is received.
• Until full payment, all work remains the property of Solutionever.

7. Termination of Services

• Solutionever reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical practices.
• Clients may terminate services by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Refund Policy are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
